- Medicaid
Medicaid
provides health care coverage to 47 million
low-income Americans,
including six million Medicare beneficiaries
who receive Medicaid
assistance for certain services that are not
covered by Medicare, such
as prescription drugs, nursing home care,
eyeglasses and other medical
services. The Alliance supports the expansion
of Medicaid services to
help the neediest among us.
