(Government and Political Affairs Dept.)The Alliance for Retired Americans commends the Senate Finance Committee for holding a hearing on expanding options for home and community-based services in longterm care (LTC).  During the past several decades, advocates and policymakers have attempted to bring long-term care to the forefront of public awareness.
